Harold J. Weinberg, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Harold Weinberg practices neurology on the east side of Manhattan, three blocks from the NYU Medical Center and near the United Nations. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of neurologic conditions including headaches, cervical and lumbar spine disorders, multiple sclerosis and memory loss. He is an expert in neuromuscular diseases such as peripheral neuropathy and myasthenia gravis.
He is board certified in adult neurology and in electrodiagnostic medicine. Dr. Weinberg performs nerve conduction studies and electromyography at the time of a consultation when warranted.
He is affiliated with the NYU Medical Center and is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at the NYU School of Medicine.
Dr. Weinberg is a graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he received both M.D. and Ph.D. (Neuropathology) degrees. He trained in Internal Medicine at New York Hospital/Cornell University Medical Center. He completed a residency in Neurology and an MDA fellowship in Neuromuscular Disease at the Neurological Institute of the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.
